6. Zhoubný novotvar řiti a řitního kanálu (C21)
6.1 Kurativní chemoradioterapie
Stadia I, II, IIIA, IIIB
Používané kombinace cytostatik ke konkomitanci s radioterapií: 5-FU/mitomycin C nebo 5-FU/cisplatina (při kontraindikaci mitomycinu C).
6.2 Paliativní chemoterapie
U pacientů klinického stadia IV se používá kombinace 5-FU/cisplatina. Není definována léčba pro 2. linii.
