Summary: X-raly mammography is the only method capable of finding out the impalpable processes in the breast including carcinoma. It is important for the operator to locate these processes exactly close before the operation. We present the locative technical equipment and the group consisting of 32 patinets in who the preoperative localization has been performed. In 66,6% of cases mammary gland carcinoma was histologically proved.
