The last ten years are characterized by the new phenomenon - new pandemic infections illness, called AIDS, witch is caused by retrovirus HIV. The patients, who suffered with AIDS, are endangered as because of the opporutne infections (pneumocystosis, cryptococosis, candidosis) and malignant tumors. One of them is Kaposis´sarkom, which one could meet before in the equatorial Africa only. Today with the spreading of the virus HIV this tumor occurs as epidemic all over the world, first of all in the USA. In this work the clinic diagnostics and treatment of Kaposis´sarcom is described. The next opportunity, where AIDS may be manifestated, are B-lymphomas, in pecularity lymphomas with the great degree of malignity, which in 50% affict the central nervous system. The survival of patients suffering with AIDS and lymphomas is very low, not taking into account the combination of treatment irradiation of CNS and chemotherapy. As a rule they don´t live more than 1 year. Because of the growing number of virus HIV carriers it is necessary to count on the manifestation illness of AIDS in the form of tumors and to examine the ill persons with such kind of tumors first of all from the hazard groups (homosexuals, hemofilics, drug user, prostitutes) on the virus HIV.
