Klin Onkol 1994; 7(2): 61-62.

Summary:
Autoimmune hemolytic anemia and thrombocytopenic purpura are rarely associated with chronic myeloproliferative disorders. We report a case of autoimmune hemolytic anemia complicating idiopathic myelofibrosis and another case of immune thrombocytopenic purpura complicating chronic myeloid leukemia in chronic phase. When cytopenias complicate chronic myeloproliferative disorder immune mediated cytopenias should be considered in the differential diagnosis.
