Summary: : Therapy of advanced cancer Head and Neck region represents still a major problem and prognosis of such disease is usually poor. New treatment procedures as chemo-radiotherapy gain as much as 70 % CR. Heavy adverse affects and toxic reactions either local or systemic accompanying or following combined simultaneous chemo-radiotherapy appear to be short, transient and without any serious consequences. Therefore in no case they diminish importance and effectiveness of this kind of treatment. Our results in 30 pacients, treated by mentioned method, support experience with the new modality.
