Abstract: The author points out his four years personal experience from the U.S.A. He considers the situation in education and organization of Clinical Oncology. The author concentrates on the periods of pregradual, postgraduál education and clinical practice. In some parts he is comparing the situation in education and organization of Clinical Oncology between the United States of America and our republic before his departure. This manuscript is based on his own experience but enreached by information gained from the wide national discussion about the Health Care in the U.S.A. organized by the Congress and White House during last two years.
