Summary: Cell kinetics parameters LI, Ts and Tpot were studied by incorporation of BUDR into cellular DNA and subsequent ans lysis by flow cytometry in a group of 12 patients with various tumours. The authors consider Tpot to be a very promising predictor c the rate repopulation during radiotherapy. Patients in this group were at a higher risk of treatment failure if the Tpot values were low
