Suitability of Clinical Data for the Efectiveness and Cost-Benefit Analyses in Oncology

Summary: Health care requires more exact information about health effectivity and economic expenses. Farmacoeconomic parameters will require system of health care organization and it’s financing. It is been estimated that economic higher spending of current but mostly therapy in the near future will not be possible without such analysis. This system is connected with controlling of therapeutical guidelines, and more with using hospital and other information system for analyzing their data to find out economical expenses of separate diagnosis. Masaryk Memorial Cancer Institute made a model system how to analyze economical spending for some pivotal oncological diagnosis, which is going to use also with real data to be flexible used, and enable quick orientation in expenses, even for separate stage of the disease.
