Kurz pro lékaře pořádané Institutem paliativní medicíny ČSPM ČLS JEP

IMPAKT focuses on translational research in breast cancer and on innovative ways of developing new agents. It is a valuable meeting which brings together pre-clinical and clinical researchers from Academia and Industry, junior and senior oncologists and facilitates the role of mentor and the importance of sharing knowledge to improve careers. The rapid translation of biologically-based laboratory discoveries into daily clinical practice is also important, but equally important is the trip back from the clinic to the laboratory, to further explore and explain clinically observed tumor biology and behavior.

ESTRO is an interdisciplinary society where radiation oncologists, medical physicists, biologists, radiation technologists and nurses work for the benefit of cancer patients, looking at the collaboration with all the organisations in force in the oncology field. In ESTRO 31 the multidisciplinarity and interdisciplinary components of our practice will be reviewed, emphasising on the new opportunities that they represent for all of us. National Societies and allied Oncology Organisations will convene to join efforts in promoting standards and outcome survey.

The International Society of Oncology Pharmacy Practitioners (ISOPP) was legally formed in 1995, during the 4th International Symposium on Oncology Pharmacy Practice. The ISOPP mission is to promote and enhance oncology pharmacy practice worldwide in order to improve cancer patient care. There are over 500 members in 46 countries.

Podnázev konference: ‘Hot Topics in Lymphology’

Je první akcí tohoto typu pořádanou v Olomouci. Jejím cílem je zejména to, že se setkají přední odborníci z oboru onkologie z České republiky a Itálie, lékaři a zdravotní sestry s pacienty i laiky zajímajícími se o onkologickou problematiku. Náplní odborných přednášek jsou poslední poznatky z léčení onkologických pacientů, otázky prevence, poznatky z užití nových vyšetřovacích metod, psychologie onkologických pacientů a jejich příbuzných, dále také novinky v právních předpisech vztahujících se k činnosti lékařů a zdravotních sester. Účast na této akci přislíbili například MUDr. Michael Fischer, MUDr. Michael Vít, Ph.D., doc. MUDr. Vladimír Študent, MUDr. Petr Beneš, Ph.D., PhDr. Martin Kořán, CSc., prof. MUDr. Radovan Pilka a řada dalších.
