12 cases of infiltrating form of breast cancer are discussed, attention was paid to pathomorphological and clinical picture, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic protocol, prognostic conclusions as well. The disease represents a great problem, being often out of control. Chemotherapy and combination with other therapeutic disciplines could bring some hope for better results.
