Summary:
The topic of the paper is HLA (human leukocyte aniigen) and nasopharyngeal carcinoma. There is a opinion that lymphoepithelial tissue in the introitus of nasopharynx has some connections to immunological processes, caused by EBL or another mechanisms. Reaction with DR 4 antigen occurs in a statistical significant number of cases a this could be a backroud for evaluation as marker of presence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
