Complications of the therapy of morbus Hodgkin

Summary: Morbus Hodgkin is one of the best curable tumor disease, the complete remission can be reached with the intensive therapy in 70 - 80% of the patients of all clinical stages. Among other side-effects, the toxic changes can deteriorate the quality of life and need an appropriate attention. The paper presents the most frequent complications of the therapy of morbus Hodgkin (namely, cardiac and pulmonary, infectional and immunological, endocrinal, and reproductive complications, along with the problems of the secondary malignancies).
