In this work the autors summarize their experience with thromboconcentrates on a blood element separator H V50 and inform of results of 45 thrombocytaphereses.
By comparing thromboconcentrates was not, however, proved. By statistic processing, the recipient showed the thrombocyte rise of 19 x 109/1 in 12 hours after administration, on, i. e. 1 per cent level of significance. In 36 hours after thromboconcentrate administration only a minimum difference can be found in the range of 1 per cent level of significance.
The thromboconcentrate weight was within the range of 270—380, the leucocyte part was 0.6—2 x 109/1. In the dependence of the thrombocyte drop after separation by a donor of the require the starting values of platelets in the blood stream of a donor before separation to be higher than > 200 x 109/l.
