Summary: Ameloblastoma of the maxillae presents sometimes infiltrative and agresive growth in the region of the orbit and anterior skull base. Radical operation can be associated with a danger of origin a broad communication among anterior skull base and nose and adjacent nose cavity. Pericranial flap constitutes a simple and safe answer of this complicated problem. Treatment of one patient is demonstrated.
