Summary: The authors present theirs experinces with 43 therapy cycles of the intrahepatal chemotherapy of 23 patients. They use (excl.2 excepts) Seldinger technique - catherer for 6 days through a.femoralis. The patients suffer mostly from liver metastases of colorectale cancer as well as non-operative gallways cancer. Intrahepatal chemotherapy was alternated by systematic using of medicaments. Cytostatic (flourouracil, mitomycin C, cisplatin - Platidiam Lachema) proved to be therapeutical good. FUDR would be better instead of flourouracil because of higher efficiency. Good toleration of cycloplatinum (CBOCA) Lachema is also reported - its therapy isn´t evaluated till now. If there is neither anomalous truncus coeliacus or wrongly threated catheter, a gastroduodenal ulceracy after infusion of mitomycin C can occur. In such instances is better to replace the a.s. infusion by cisplatin, which doesn´t act with the gastroduodenal mucous membrane in case of misperfusion.
