Summary: Authors decided to verify by experiment on nu-nu mice the effect of described methods which are used to prevent the origin of implantation metastasis of rectal cancer. There was no effect if they used of cytostatic or cytotoxic solution. They used with good results cryofixation of cancer and preoperative radiation.
