The authors present a case report of a boy aged 3 years. The first operation was at the age of 2 months for cystic changes involving the left lower lobe. No malignant changes were perceptible at that time. The boy was reoperated 3 years later for and extensive process in the localization same. After lobectomy, a pulmonary blastoma was diagnosed. Chemotherapy was administered (Cyclophospamide, Vincristine, Adriamycin) in the course of 10 months in 12 cycles. The patient has been off chemotherapy for 4 years and is 5 years after radical operation with no evidence of disease.
