NCCN, drawing on the expertise of faculty from the NCCN 21 Member Institutions, has developed this oncology case management education program to inform payors’ medical directors, case managers, and other healthcare professionals about technology, guideline development, clinical trials, and advances in the delivery of cancer care. The program also highlights the comprehensive cancer care delivered by NCCN Member Institutions. Program participants will be educated on topics such as the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology (NCCN Guidelines™) and the NCCN Drugs & Biologics Compendium (NCCN Compendium™), oncology care today, communicating with patients with cancer and addressing end-of-life issues, hematologic malignancies, and understanding clinical trials.
