Introduction
The presentation will be aimed on selected advanced fluorescent microscopic techniques involving Structured Illumination (SIM) and Photo-Activation Localization Microscopy (PALM) and special microscopic photo-manipulation techniques such as localized DNA damage induction and FRAP adapted for high content screening applications. Various microscopic systems used for our research will be presented and some practical aspects of system calibration and sample preparation will be discussed.
